Club fundraiser - Delfin BBQ

Lads,

we have got word that we are to host another community BBQ this weekend as part of the Delfin Home Buyers Made Easy promotion.

This is a major fundraiser for the club and for 6 hours work we receive $1000 which will go on equipment and subsidisng fee's for the season. The work is pretty easy so any time you can spare would be greatly appreciated! We have a game on at 3 so if you are injured this would be the best time to help as we will be short of available hands.

The Shifts are broken up as follows;

Saturday 31 Jan (tomorrow) - 10:30am - 11am: Set-up
11am - 12:30pm
12:30pm - 2pm
2pm - 2:30pm Pack-up

Sunday 1 Feb - 10:30am - 11am: Set-up
11am - 12:30pm
12:30pm - 2pm
2pm - 2:30pm Pack-up

Next club BBQ is this weekend - Sat 7 & Sun 8 March

Again this is one of our major fundraisers we do for Delfin. The donations they provide us with heavily subsidises your fees and club equipment.

The hours are 10 - 2pm on both the Saturday and Sunday. We normally split it up into two hour shifts and it is bloody easy work.

We really need some of you to volunteer to assist this weekend especially given that the people that do it are away. Let me know ASAP if you can help and we can go from there.
