div 3 finals dates???

I note that commercial soccer have put up a notice saying that div 3 finals will begin on 11 September...

I really dont know how they can possibley make a claim like this given that our team has 4 more games left (3 catch-up games). 2 of those games are against teams that are still in with a shot of claiming finals berths so my initial thoughts is that there will be uproar if the press ahead with this timetable.
