2009 Club Fines

Lads,

as you may have heard from those that played last year the club has a fines system for players each game. It is a fun way to raise cash for the club and all money raised by this method goes towards club social events (just ask some of the lads about the ill-fated bbq in Taringa last year ).

We will start the fines from next week (round 3) which will give everyone a chance to become familiar with the fines and also recruit two fine masters

Fines are as follows (but am happy to hear suggestions of extra punishable offences);

$5 yellow/blue/red card
$5 being late to the game without a valid excuse (eg traffic was bad)
$2 rocking up to a game with dirty boots
$2 forgetting shorts/socks/shinpads/gk gloves
$3 giving away a penalty
$3 missing an open goal
$5 missing a penalty
$5 scoring an own goal
$2 getting nutmegged
$2 other random/embarrassing moments during a game deemed fine worthy by the fines master

NB: Only 8 people will be fined per game. Should there be more than 8 people accrue fines in a game the highest 8 fines will be paid eg: those who get cards are automatically in the 8.

HAH no chance, i reckon i'll be the most fined player by the end of the season as it is lol. Besides i thought we'd already agreed on one ?
I think joey would be the best character for the job for the top team
