Round 11 Results

Well.....the Ressies went down 4:1 to Colleges United. We started out 1:0 up, but unfortunately our opponents returned fire shortly after.

I don't remember who our goal belongs to, so please confirm if you remember.

Unlike our previous games of taking the first half to warm up, this game we ran on with the fire already burning. We kept calmer with the ball, we moved the ball around the field more, we spoke more. If we can continue doing what we did last night and keep some of our guys from wandering too far from their positions, we should have little to no trouble coming out on top.

Thanks gents. I was very pleased with everyone's efforts. College's Utd certainly didn't get that win without paying for it.

Finally, I must not forget to welcome our new Ressies member, Rory Tinsley. He hasn't played for quite a while, but gave a great come back effort. Glad to have you aboard.

Still i spent the game winning the ball in centre midfield and running my legs off, I had to do something stupid to add to my bloopers reel for the year
All is well that ends well, Im just glad a got to play more of my natural game in the middle and get my foot on the ball alot.

ps. Dan Blake gets 2 votes for dive of the year for that one over near the sideline
