Round 2 Results

G'day gents. Unfortunately, my reserves didn't play due to some screw up by the Darra club. Oh well, a make-up game it is.

As a result, I ended up coaching the top team. Also, a good portion of my team helped out as reserves. Thanks a lot guys. I'm sure the top team appreciated it.

A 5:1 win by our top team. Well done!!! From a coaches point-of-view, I was very pleased. You guys gave it all, all the time. You did whatever I asked of you, when I asked, and did it well. Thanks. There were a couple of minor things I noticed, but nothing that training won't cure. So we'll discuss it Monday at training.

Hopefully, everone faired well after the match.

OVERALL, A GREAT EFFORT BY ALL INVOLVED!!!!

Just to add to what Warren said...

5-1 was a good result considering we really didnt get out of second gear. Goals went to Stetch with a hat-trick and Paulo with 2.

A good start to the season but again its what we do this week that counts...

I would really like to thank everyone from the Ressies that came to sit on the bench for the top team on Friday. With ten squad players out and the shit of having to drive to Slacks Creek it was really appreciated by the players and more importantly the club.

We have a double header at home this week so hopefully te firsts can sit around after the game and cheer on the ressies at 8:30!

I beleive the club will also be putting on a carton as well!

It was a good game on friday night, you can feel the team starting to Gel. This friday sounds like a good night, here's hoping we can cheer both teams on to a victory !
